Account Registration & Management
When registering an account on w444, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
3.3 Updating Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or bank details), please update your profile immediately or notify the support team. w444 will not be responsible for payment delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at w444, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
- Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total ৳22,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, w444 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
- The weekly cashback bonus under the VIP programme varies by VIP tier and separate terms apply.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on w444 are conducted under fair play principles. The following rules apply to all users:
6.1 Sports Betting
- No bet can be changed once it has been finalised.
- If any event is cancelled or incomplete, w444 will act in accordance with the applicable rules.
- In the event of a dispute over a bet result, the decision of w444's management is final.
- If incorrect odds or information are displayed due to a technical error, w444 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games are operated by verified software and fair play is ensured.
- If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the server log.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log is the final evidence.
6.3 Live Games
When participating in live casino games (such as Ezugi's live dealer games), bets must be placed within the designated time limit. Bets placed after the time has expired will not be accepted.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using a false or misleading identity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Systematic manipulation to obtain unauthorised bonuses.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or strategic methods.
- Fraud or collusion with other users.

If prohibited activity is identified, w444 may close the account, withhold funds, and take legal action where applicable, without prior notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
w444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If identity or age cannot be verified.
- If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- If the user themselves requests account closure.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
8.1 User's Own Request
If you wish to close your own account, please contact [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w444 will not be liable for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account — if caused by your own negligence.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
- Service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen events (Force Majeure).
However, in cases where direct fault on the part of w444 is established, reasonable compensation will be considered.
